PS & PDF Viewer "Printing Challenge"

I have been trying to print a PDF file with PS and PDF Viewer. Nothing
happens.

In the printer setup I have 3 setup options. When I first went to the
setup it read the following
Printer Name:
Spool command:lpr
Environment variable:PRINTER

What do I need to have for this to print?

I can open a file using the X Printing Panel but it will only print up to, 2 pages. It does print image files as well.
