is CSS not working for anyone else using the nightlies?

cause m17 works fine, but the m18 nightly builds, don't support CSS. or at least the link highlights, and underlines and stuff.

I'm running Build ID 2000100506, and CSS works for me. Perhaps it's just broken in the most recent nightlies.

Is all of CSS not working, or just those specific text properties?

I've been building a web site and testing it on a recent nightly and NS6 PR3. It is looking good and is pretty heavily CSS dependent.
