Upgrading Mandrake 8.0 to beta 3

Okay, I am downloading all 647 MB of beta 3 for Mandrake 8.0. I see 5 or 6 files with different extensions.

How do I use these to upgrade the system?

I am a complete newbie, so if there is documentation out there you can direct me to, I would appreciate it!

Follow the instructions for a hard drive installation, else grab the Iso and upgrade that way.

Also you can go to www.linuxcentral.com (http://www.linuxcentral.com) and pick up a copy of MDK 8.0 install, and MDK 8.0 extension for $2.95 each, or $4.95 for the pair.
