Anyone experienced this ?

I downloaded the Netscape 6 installer, launched it, selected the components I wanted to be installed.

It starts, it downloads the first then the second component. After that nothing happens, it just stays there, idle.

I'm able to manually go and get all the components I need, but is there a way to extract the files and install the components manually ?

Thank you,

Jeff

I had the same problem when I was trying out Red Hat 7.0 .... I kept trying and eventually it worked ;-) .... I've heard a few posts talk about manually setting it up though, ya may want to search the forum.

Nutsrape sucks....If you want a browser that screams, try Opera...I have been using it for some time now and I have never had a problem....And there are several email and news readers that come with Linux, like pan and knode you would never need nutscrape...
Try them I am sure you will like them....

G'Day.......
