enable restriction relaying and relay certain non-local domain.

does anyone how to do relaying and restrict relaying in redhat 6.2 sendmail.
i tried to used webmin to configure it. but i got message said no nessecerry directive. when i try to relay certain non local domain to use smtp server.
please...
