Has anybody had any trouble with using the Back button in Konqueror, On a few occasions when i hit the back button (while on the net) Konqueror crashes (sig11 fault and the backtrace screen), It is an intermittent fault, but it's annoying, having to restart Konqueror, It sometimes takes upto 3 restarts before the problem goes.

I'm having this problem so often in Mandrake 7.2 Beta 3 that I've switched to Gnome. I'll be installing 7.2 Final when I get my CD's from www.cheapbytes.com (http://www.cheapbytes.com) tomorrow.

I wonder if that will fix the crashing problems.

I am using 7.2 final, so I dont think that will fix the problem, I've gone back to using Mozilla-18, it may be a little slower than Konqueror, but It's more stable.

I don't know how but Konqueror works fine for me. But then, I'm not using Mandrake. I use Debian. I can't understand, though, why there would be a difference (there probably isn't, but, again, it's working fine on my puter).

At work about 6 of us all bought 'drake 7.2 Beta 3 from cheapbytes. We've installed it on IBM PC, Generic PC, and a laptop. It's on some really cheesey boxes (IBM P166 w/32Meg Ram and a 1.2 gig drive) and some fairly good boxes (PIII 500Mhs 256Meg RAM and 30 gig drives). Every one of them is crashing Konqueror regularly.

Doesn't look good for KDE 2.0

i'm using kde2 on drake 7.2 final.
konqueror works fine. no crashes.
this is on a compaq presario 1200 laptop.
