Port does KXICQ need open to connect?

Does anyone know the port that I need to allow on my firewall to allow KXICQ to connect to its server? I was thinking 6000 but might have been 4000. Dont really know right off. Any ideas?

i don't use icq, but according to everybuddy it will connect on 4000.
