Ok Here it is, I was performing Unatural acts with my Packard Bell(Can't Beat free when your in a bind). (I have never fried the 64K on a MBoard before in my life, Wierd). However, when doing the almighty transfer to a new box, I installed the HDD that had been in my old box into my new box. Got My windows 98&2000 to work, but my RH7.0 will not start up properly. Almost all of the hardware in the new box is diffrent. Since I had just installed it before the PB died, Would it just be easier to do a re-install. Right now I see it as a challenge.

I'm Running a 233MMX OC to 266
64M Ram
13.5 gig HDD With Win 98, Win2000, RHLinux7.0
A CDRW & CDrom
10 base T,(3com)

Also I Know Somewhere, In the NHF there is a way to Change the Default for the RedHat Screen, I just cannot Find it. I want DOS to Be the default. (Just makes it easier for the wife to use, and it all about keeping her happy).

Hrmmm. Not too sure about many other boot loaders. But if your using lilo you can go into /etc/lilo.conf and copy the windows/dos section into the first slot and move the linux one down. THat should default boot to windows. THough, thats assuming you can get your linux partition to boot http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/wink.gif

Recent versions of lilo support a "default= " line. Mine appears just below the "vga= " line.
