Changing Window Colours in GNOME

I've been fooling around with Swafish in GNOME, and I can't figure out how to change the colours of GNOME windows. I'm stuck with a turquoise menu bar that turns into silver.

Am I missing something in the GNOME configuration tool?

i think you may want to take a look at the gnome control center/theme manager,
although i'm not exactly sure judging from what you wrote
