NFS woes

NFS used to work for me... but no it does no longer. I'm not sure what I did to not make it work, but the plain, cold, and painful fact is that it stopped working. When I try mounting my nfs share on my client, mount spits out this error:
mount: RPC: Program not registered

I'm running Gentoo Linux on both machines.

Also, on my nfs server it says this now, which it never used to say:

* Exporting NFS directories...
/sbin/runscript.sh: line 15: 4466 Killed /sbin/exportfs -r 1>&2 [ ok ]

It didn't use to say that /sbin/runscript.sh part. It just did Exporting NFS directories... [ ok ]. Anyone have any ideas?
