Hey guys, the hard drive on my windows box has been running like a madman recently.

Is there anything like 'top' for windows that I can run to see what's doing all the work?

"top" is a unix command, on every distro, i think. Much nice r output from procman, or gtop, if you have those.

Actually, I am looking for 'top' like programs for windows.

Anyone have any ideas? I want to find out what is making my HD thrash around so much.

What version of windows are you running?

You may have a trojan. Download Zone Alarm it's free it will block and identify your trojan.
