Kicker apps

Hey folks, simple question here:

I have been trying to comile some appltes for Kicker, specifically Kwanda and the XMMS control. They ./congure/make/make install(as su) just fine. But I can't find them or use them! They install instructions seem to implay that I should see them in my applet menu, but alas, I cannot find them. Any words of wisdom?

Check in the INSTALL file included with the source you compiled the apps. It should tell you where they are. Most likely, they were installed in /usr/local/bin
