ARGH! Licq Problem!

Just when I thought everything was working well, Licq just stopped working and when its run I get this error:

22:16:15: [WRN] Licq: Ignoring stale lockfile (pid 442)
22:16:15: [WRN] No plugins specified on the command-line (-p option).
See the README for more information.

I tried typing licq -p but it didnt work. Has anyone had the same problem? Oh, it works when run as root though.

licq -p qt-gui

Ok thanks I'll give that a try and let you know what happens.
I tried to kill pid 442 but it said no such pid. I didn't do the -9 part though, hmm. If the -p qt-gui doesnt work, I'll try that too.
