GFTP ASCII problems....

I'm trying to use GFTP to transfer files..
html files for my web page.
anyhow...whenever i do upload a new page, or edit it, it will give me this error:


"226- WARNING! 84 bare linefeeds received in ASCII mode. File may not have transferred correctly."

i then go and look at the file...and stuff has been added to it...such as an extra <./html> or it will copy half of a paragraph that I wrote place it somewhere else.

Does anyone know how i can go about fixing this?
Or can anyone suggest another GUI FTP client?

You need to transfer html files as ASCII - click file, ascii, before transfering html files. Images must be sent as binary though (file, binary)
