SecureCRT display questions

Hi, I use secure CRT to administer my server.
When I open a big file, it display the top of the file, and I must scroll down to see the latest part of the file (when I view logs for example....)

How can I have emacs opening directly the last part of the file ?

Also, is there a way to upload download files with secureCRT ? what is the best way to browse my directories ? Is it possible to have "bookmarks" of my servers favorite directory so I must not type each time cd ...

What are VB scrit used for exactly ?.
