I can now surf, listen, "napster," print, burn, and much more under Linux. I am not too adept at GIMP yet, though. Having searched the software forum, I found one good web site for learning GIMP. Can anyone recommend a really good book on the GIMP? If I can get as comfortable as I am with Photoshop, I'll be really lovin' Linux! Thanks in advance - Elinor http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/wink.gif

O'Reilly books are always good.

There is a book distributed under the 'Open Publication License' called "Grokking the GIMP" available on http://gimp-savvy.com/BOOK/index.html
You can read in online or download it.

Awesome, free online books are the best. I'm going to have to add that to my bookmarks.
