I can boot well into KDE from the failsafe boot. X is all screwed up when I don't. I think it's a problem with my video card and monitor. I have a CTX VL700 monitor and a Trident 3DImage 975AGP. Linux says it has drivers for both of them, but I have to reconfigure them every time I boot. It doesn't recognize them.
