I didn't setup my printer during my install of RedHat 6.0 because my printer was not in the list of supported devices. I recently found a Linux driver for the Lexmark 5700. Can I add my printer without having to do a complete reinstall. And if so, how? I'm a newbie if you hadn't already figured that out.

you can do ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING in linux without a re-install, and the only thing that even requires a re-boot is changing your kernel.

that said, I have no clue how to do what you ask. :-)

there was no ducumentation where you got your driver?

try here :
http://metalab.unc.edu/mdw/HOWTO/Printing-HOWTO.html

that is the Linux Documentation project, and, more specifically, the Printing HOWTO

the first page of the Linux Documentation Project is: http://metalab.unc.edu/mdw/linux.html

I always find good stuff there, especially the HOWTOs.
