has anyone tried this under linux and made X work? I've searched the net and found zero on this well reviewed and reasonably cheap monitor. Your experiences? - WR.

If you video card supports the lcd, then I would think you need to setup X the same way you would for a laptop lcd panel. Maybe searching for laptop lcd for example will find something.
When the prices come down a bit more on the 18" or 20" models, then I will be asking you the same question. Keep checking back. ;)
