Telnet localhost 110 Failed.

dear sir, i try to telnet my local host with 110 failed. connection refused. how come.
now, i can't even telnet to my virtual domains. how should i do now...
does anyone konw how tosolve it?

do you have something running on that port (pop3?) Try port scanning yourself with something like nmap.

Also, makesure the line "ALL: localhost" is in the /etc/hosts.allow file.
