Intel 810 and 1024x768

I want that resolution but it hurts my eyes looking at it. Does anyone know the refresh rates to make it so it doesn't kill my eyes?

www.xfree86.org (http://www.xfree86.org) may have the specs for the i810 or you could try Intel. It also depends on the quality and limitations of your monitor.

You might want to try manually configuring it again using xf86config or Xconfigurator, and making sure you select a "Non-Interlaced" option for the refresh on the monitor - the only time I've had problems with the refresh being bad is when I failed to do that.
