Now the printer doesn't

Well now I can't get either of my printers working....
I had them both working under `Drake 7.0 and 7.1 I did have the HP LaserJet III working for a little while but the quality was crud. Anyhow I am trying to get printtool to load the new drivers but I keep getting the following error message:

lpr: unable to print file: Not Accepting Jobs

What the hell is that supposed to mean? And how do I get it to accept a job? Is there something I need to edit? If so what and where? Been reading and searching for an answer but I haven't seen anything that resembles this error. Been trying for 6 hours now....

Well I got both the HP LaserJet and the DeskJet to print test pages, I am waiting for the DeskJet now, then I will try to print from other applications from my user account.
I used the new Kups application, once I figured out how to access it, way kool! and really easy to use too! So far so good......
