Stormix (Strange) Install Question... (for the brave)

O.K., I downloaded the entire 595 MB ISO image on a 56K connection. (Ouch) I saved it to the "/" partition in MDK 7.2. But, this partition is reiserfs. The Storm boot floppy cannot mount it to do the install. (i.e. I NEED SOME HELP !!!!)

My machine does have two hard disks, but I cannot figure out what to do. I REALLY do not want to have to download the whole freakin' image again.

Any help or suggestions would be extremely kind & keep me from slipping over the edge.

What's on your other hard disk? Win?
I would think you could mount that disk (/dev/hda1 perhaps?), then copy the image to a file/directory over there, then start up.
I don't know, I've never done it like this before... I usually just burn (not at home -- at the University computer lab).
