I checked the HOWTOs and try to add the tulip driver for my ethenet in the conf.modules file for my Linksys LNE100TX card and it won't work.
Linux doesn't seem to recognize it when I try to install an network connection (DSL/ADSL).
I have Linux-Mandrake 7.2 installed
If anybody has any clue on what todo, please answer this
Thanx in advance

Have a look at the Ethernet-HOWTO. Scroll down to section 5 (vendors). Linksys is there. If the HOWTO doesn't answer your question, it can point you to a couple of web sites where you may find the information you need.

You need to make sure you have the right version of tulip.o, it does make a difference, and you probably need pci-scan.o also. If you continue to have grief with that version of Mdk, I would note that that same card was a little hassle for me with slack 7.1, but a breeze with slack 8.0. If you think you need to stick with mdk, you might try upgrading.

I guess I kind of cheated, I tried to get my LNE100TX card working with redhat 6.2 for over a couple of months and I finally just downloaded freebsd 4.3 and it detected it automatically :O)
Before you try to get a connection to your DSL modem going, you'll have to determine if the net card itself is set up correctly. The card should, as you said, be using the tulip driver. Check out the discussions/suggestions in this thread (http://www.linuxnewbie.org/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=022967) for some basic setup/troubleshooting steps.
