Yet another hardware question that I would like to pose:

"What are some good CD burners that support Linux?"

I've done some research, but I'm getting conflicting answers so I thought I'd try it here. So if you were me, which cd burner would you go out and buy? It would be primarily for MP3's.

Much appreciated!

All IDE and SCSI burners are supported in Linux. Just pick a good name brand. HP Sony etc.

Hi:

If you can afford it, buy a Plextor. Best for any OS and worth the extra money.

Happy New Year!

If you read what's supported from a list that's a couple months old, it will not list any of the newer drives. That can be misleading.

Like I said, all IDE CDR's should be supported.
