Cant boot

I boot to Red Hat 7.1 on my second hard drive. It gets to the line
ide1 at 0x170-0x177,0x376 on irg 15. My first hard is a UDMA100 and the second drive is a UDMA66. Why cant I boot all the way into linux.

Is that supposed to be irq 15? If so you might have an irq conflict.

I am not sure what that is so I do not know if that is the right irg or not. I have two hard drives and a CDRW and a DVD. Is this one of them.
