RPMs on Slackware

Is it possible to install .rpm packages on slackware. If so how?

Install the rpm package off the slackware cd - it's under the ap1 directory.
You can then either install it like an rpm, or convert it to a slackware package with rpm2tgz.

Or convert it to tgz with Alien.

What are you installing? www.linuxmafia.org (http://www.linuxmafia.org) has many pre-made slack packages, all of which have worked for me (and i've used lots).
