RAM compatability

I have a 256MB stick of PC100 RAM. I also have my two old 32MB PC100 sticks hanging around doing nothing. I have a couple of questions if I add these two sticks along side the main stick:

Will this increase performance?

Will this damage anything?

(I believe they are from different manufacturers.)

It won't hurt anything to put these in...it also probally won't make a noticable differance eather...but if you have them, use them :)
