Could you just select a generic monitor?

Do they have a website you could lookup the specifications for that monitor?

It's 'I' and not 'Y'.

I have scoured the web and found that the Yakumo website is down right now, and may be down permanent. There are no sites listing the specs for the PS1450 monitor.

I first recomend that you look up this infomratin for yourself and I will take no responsibility for this screwing up your monitor.

I have checked the specs on several older 14 monitors and found that if you plan on using only 640-480 a good safe setting would be to choose a generic monitor and enter 31.5 for horizontal and 50 to 87 for vertical.
A monitor capable of 800-600 would require a setting of 29-38 horizontal and 47-100 vertical.

Your monitor has built in capabilities, it is possible to overclock your monitor. This would result in bad things over time.

So, two options. Buy a new monitor or do a little research and try some values. There is a HowTo...XFree86-Video-Timings-HOWTO...that explains the math involved in getting these numbers. It is pretty in depth.
