What kind of logitech mouse you got? If you have a two button mouse then you need to emulate 3 buttons in XF86Config.

After Emulated 3 Button Mouse, I still not feel comfortable with pressing both button at the same time... I think 3 button mouse is best http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/biggrin.gif

I have no idea...but it's ball-less and has a wheel :P
Couldn't I use the wheel for a middle button?

XF86Config is your X Windows configuration file. In my storm system is in /etc/X11/. I don't know about Libranet but you can type in console: whereis XF86Config and it will tell you the path.
Is your mouse USB or PS2? You can edit your XF86Config (XF86Config-4 if you are using xfree86 4.0.1) and look at the mouse section. Post what your mouse section has in it and we'll see what we can do.
