Mouse Refresh Rate

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew how to improve the refresh rate for a ps/2 mouse in linux. Winderz default was 40hz and I bumped it up to 200hz, which makes it so much smoother..so I was wondering if I could do the same with linux. If anyone can get back to me..I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Add a section under mouse in your XF86Config(-4) file for:

Resolution 200

If it is X4, then use quotes.

Thanks, 200 = 200hz? It definitely is a lot smoother though...Thanks again.
