Hi, I am using ME and 2000 on my machine.ME on C drive and 2000 on D drive. I am wondering if I can install Linux on my E drive? I am also not sure which Lunix is more suitable for me. I heard from my friend that the Mandrake Linux was the best. Can anyone give me more information and teach me how to install it. Thanks.

I've found Mandrake to be the better distro so far. The install is fairly simple. Just boot off the cdrom and choose the recomended install. The main thing to whatch for is the location that you install it to. Make sure you point it to your E: which under linux should be hd(x). x being any letter depending on whether E: is a separate hard drive or partition. Be certain to not have it use the entire hard drive unless,as stated above that hard drive is separate from the C: and d:. When it comes to the package choices feel free to add more choices (kde and gnome, games etc). Mandrake will install a boot manager that will allow you to boot your windows OS's. Have fun.
