NT to Linux

I have a client who may be interested in switching from NT servers to Linux. Unfortunately, I don't know where to start. Any good articles/web sites that would have information on changing to Linux?

Has anyone done this recently?

Anything that I should be aware of. Pitfalls, etc?

Sorry I wasn't more thorough. The NT server is the Web server and will also be the Web server under Linux.
