Hello,

I've just aquired a SCSI CD writer and rather than giving in to Windows I though I'd try to get it running on my Linux box.

Can anyone recommend a decent CD-Burning program ?

If it helps I'm currently running Redhat 7.1 with KDE2.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice

Darren

cdrecord, its run from the command-line and is standard in most distros. it has multiple front-ends (x-cdroast, a couple of others), if you don't like the command-line.

I use XCDRoast and find it can do everything I need. Copy CD's, Master CD's from HD. Never once had a problem with it.

I've also installed KonCD, but never really tried it.

They are all frontends to cdrecord, so the choice is yours.

Try a search at freshmeat.net and you will find quite a few.
