Does anyone have photo quality printing in Linux? What printer do you use? What driver?
I have an HP-812C, an HP-932C, and a Lexmark Z-51 but none of these printers even come close to photo quality using the latest CUPS drivers and GIMP-print. Any Ideas?

And here my post was - buried under four pages of topics, hiding the ugly truth that nobody is talking about; namely, that color printing really sucks in Linux. :(
Looks like I will have to buy a Mac to use for printing...

That's the route I'd take. No, color printing in Linux is pretty crappy. Not only that, but the current version of the Gimp has certain printing capabilities missing that are available in Photoshop, but the future version (v2.0) should resolve this issue, but that's aways off.
