Software to catalog dvd's

Hi,
I am looking for a software that would catalog cd's and dvd's.
Long time ago i used under windows a program that was reading the content of cd's,
You would than give a volume number to the cd's and when looking for a particular file it would tell you the cd it's in.
Any suggestions ?

If you're talking about data discs, I don't really know of one. I use Tellico (part of KDE) to manage my library of books, and it has features for music CDs and DVD movies, but I've noted discussions in its online forum lamenting its lack of data disc features.
