Newber dud! (I am... )

Im am a total newbie... I installed RedHat 7.1 with X-windows... im getting around with the 'cd' and 'ls' commands but im kinda iffy about anything else...
I want to setup the pc to be a linux server to my other 3 pc's... But what I want to do now is just get online with my Alcatel USB DSL modem.. HOW!?!?! I have downloaded all 4 iso's:
Red hat disc 1 and 2
Powertools
SRPMs
How do I install the powertools or SRPMs! I dont even know how to change drives or whatever.. :( Im good at DOS but this is way different.. :confused:

For a start, read some of the NHFs. There is info there on how the file system works and how to access drives and the like.
Go to the manufacturer's website of your USB modem and look for linux drivers. I think thbe one you mentioned is supported.

if you dont want to download all the isos then you could always buy the store version they usually have all you need
