Hi! I am a old Win2000 user and I wanted to get away from using micorsoft's crap..

so I bought me a version of Linux Mandrake 8.1 (standard version)

anyways, I am a gamer, and I mainly play games like Serious Sam, Max Payne and Unreal on my cpu. I also use level editing tools for those games as well.

Since I want to move on to Mandrake, I need to know if there is any way to emulate those programs, since they are made for windows.

I really need help...thanks.

Unreal/Unreal Tournament will run natively as will many other games like Tribes2 and Soldiers of Fortune. Many games run almost perfectly in wineX. Go to lokigames.com and see what games they ported to linux. You'll have to follow the reseller links as they are no longer in business.
