Change the Tab-Completion key

Does anyone know how to change tab-completion key?? On the new RH 7.2, it only works for the TAB key but not the ESCAPE key(too used to the escape key in the previous verion) thnaks

ESC complete

into a ~/.inputrc file and open a new terminal window.

whoops that doesn't work. It screwed up my UP arrow.

I'm not sure how to do it after all.
