PLBlaze 04-19-2001, 02:07 AM Search the forums for answers... or check reiserfs home page (http://www.reiserfs.org) .In sohrt reiserfs is fast and uses journaling so fsck's take only seconds. vodka 04-19-2001, 02:34 AM blah dont tell him to go research it. he just wants a quick answer! 1. Reiserfs rocks ***! 2. it's FAST 3. it's journaling, so it will be much less likely to loose any data 4. it checks itself for consistency in no time at all ( 1 sec for 50GB on my sys) bdg1983 04-19-2001, 05:48 AM blah dont tell him to go research it. he just wants a quick answer!
