If i have 2 video cards (voodoo 3 agp and ati rage pro pci) and i put both into my computer how can i go about using dual monitors for one desktop?? Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance -ansiVirus DebianGirl 01-02-2002, 07:22 AM Type the following in an eterm/xterm (youll probably wanna be root) : XFree86 -configure And it should find your second video card and configure it, etc. There is a more complicated way to do it if that doesnt work... SUOrangeman 01-03-2002, 12:59 PM There is a Xinerama-HOWTO the gets into the nitty-gritty of multiple displays. The latest release of Mandrake does it all for you automatically. I believe this is the first (and only?) distro to have a configurations wizard for this capability. -SUO justlinux.com
