Yeah! i know pretty old.
Anyway i wish install on an old P233 MMX with 256 MB RAM , 4 GB HD .
The only spare network card i have is D-Link 538TX+ and before a try to install i would like if anyone could tell me if was supported under Debian Slink Kernel 2.2.10 i think.(8139too modules is what this nic needs)

Thanks in advance,

Alex :)

I don't know for sure. It's been 2 years since I've delt with slink and I don't have a NIC like yours. I do have other RTL-8139 based NIC's that I did get working. I know it doesn't have 8139too but does have rtl8139. If your NIC can use rtl8139 then you should be ok.

That solve it then the rtl8139 does not work with NIC so guess i will grab a copy of woody of an ftp somewhere.
I would order from somewhere but kinda in rush to get it.
And checked kernel version it's to old to bother with.

Thanks,

Alex :)
