I know in W*nd*ws to get a new IP you do the command ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew, But

What is the Linux (Red Hat) command to release an IP and broadcast for a new one?

I'm sure there's an easier way to do this but this should work:
"/etc/rc.d/rc3.d/S10network restart"
