Can someone point me to an app that will allow multiple terminals within one window? I've heard of one called quadkonsole but I use Gnome. Is there something like that for Gnome that will run on Fedora 6?

If you want to see more than one terminal at once probably quadkonsole is the way to go. I will give it a try later. Looks interesting. P. N. It's highly customizable with transparency and other features...for example I have one tab for a terminal, one for Midnight Commander, and one for irssi (IRC client) open automatically each time I start mrxvt. :) techwise 09-24-2006, 12:49 AM you may want to check out "screen". it is, when used to its potential, an amazingly useful tool. mike justlinux.com
