With the art manager it is so easy to manage.
You do not have to download the compressed files and find where tu put them.
one of the great things about linux: you do not have to buy expensive programs to change icons and the like.... it is there!

Yeah, I have never met any OS that lets you tailor your desktop to your desire as much as Linux does. Depending on one's point of view, Mac OS X may look even slicker, but compared to Linux it hardly allows you to change anything.
