VPN?

Hi. I was wondering. My dad would really like to use linux, but he needs to be able to connect to a VPN for his email... I don't know what software is available for that in Linux... Could someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks..

Well, first, take a look at http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/Adv-Routing-HOWTO.html
for the actual routing
Take a look at teh tunnel section (for VPN)
and http://www.freeswan.org/
for the security, if needed (but recommened)
