best CD Burning software for backing up Win2K data partition?

I have a dual boot of Mandrake 7.1 and Win2K Pro. the Win2K OS got corrupted, and I'd like to back up the data through Mandrake onto CDR.

What is the best CDR software out there for doing plain data CDs that can be read by DOS/NT? I played with CD-Roast and it doesnt seem to be ideal for this though i probbly am just unfamiliar with it.

There is only the commandline cdrecord. All the others are gui frontends to cdrecord.

Why doesn't XCDRoast do what you want? It does for me. Copy audio and data cd's. Master cd's etc.
