Hi! Today is a new day for me, finaly, after so many months, i finaly can go to the windows neighborhood and see my linux machine and access to his files :) . My question now is, how can i acess from linux to windows, since this thosen't have "net use" command ??
Any ideia is welcome.

Hehehe! This is kind of hard isn't it :) ?

I have here another question, i was triyng to install "arson", it's a cd-2-mp3 program, one of his requierments is qt 2.2.2 (i think), how can i see my QT version, and when im triyng to install a new one he allways returns this error:"/usr/include/GL/glu.h:215: syntax error
Make[2] *** [.obj/release/qgl.o] Error 1
Make[2] *** [sub.scr] Error 2

im using suse 6.3. How can i install the new QT i already changed the .profile like it was in the README.

how did you got access from your windows machine to your linux machine?

I used samba, and made a directory called "public" then a share it, and configured windows and linux, for that he could see my linux machine, and access the directory!
But i must remind again, i realy need some help about the "QT" libs.

If you use kde there is a program called komba2 much like network neigborhood

Gnome has and equivilent I think it is gnomba.

and there are others.

If your distro uses rpms, go here (http://rpmfind.net/) and enter in the search box either komba2 or gnomba.
