Redhat 7.2 Annoyance

This is really bugging me and I don't know how to fix it. When I'm at the Konsole, with other distros I've tried, I can just hit the escape key twice and it will complete the file name. And why isn't it enabled by default?

How in the world do I turn this on in RH 7.2?

erm.. try the TAB key

[syn]

esc key twice is usually for ksh which is default on most real unix boxen (correct me if im wrong) if you like it just install it
