If a company, who shall remain nameless, were to breach the Linux licence agreement by devoloping a closed source distrobution, where would one report this?

Then to the developers who own the copyrights to the software... so if the company didn't give the source code for the kernel you would email the kernel mailinglist. justlinux.com
